The novelty of the BP 800 type banding machine is the ergonomic lateral storage of film rolls, the high efficiency and the simple operation.

 

 

Banderoling machine type BP 450 SP

This special banderoling machine was developed exclusively for tight banderoling. With this banding machine cardboard box cuttings can be banderoled using paper.

 

High efficiency and flexible fields of application

In principle, banderoling machines usually wrap several products to create a collective packet. They are hereby particularly well suited for transport packaging. The side mounted film roll container enables a fast and user-friendly film roll exchange. Hugo Beck's banderoling machines are suited for capacity ranges of up to 1,800 cycles per hour.

The machine type BP 800 can optionally be equipped with an ultrasonic-height sensing. Through this, products that are up to 800 mm wide and up to 400 mm high can be flexibly packed in film, with the banderoling machines from Kern by Hugo Beck. Definitely among the product highlights is the high capacity, with up to 35 cycles per minute and the ergonomic film roll storage.
