Kern 125

With the Kern 125 you can rest assured that your continuous forms wont get stuck on the wrong track. The Kern 125 paper web accumulator is built to store tracks of printed documents up to 33 meters at a time. The accumulator provides a buffer zone between two processing stages.

Two oscillating arms help to accumulate oncoming paper. Then the module lets out a steady stream of paper, thus assuring trouble-free production. Requiring little space, the Kern 125 is equipped with sensors to regulate paper and loop tension, an interface for communicating with other kinds of systems synchronization control, and protective, noisemuffling safety covers.

Introduced to optimize productivity at all stages in the printing and mailing of documents, this product line aims particularly at increasing efficiency at the preprocessing levels. It's not just a higlhy efficient module, but also a real space saver.
