MIS Reports

MailFactory Reporter summarises all the processing data residing in the MailFactory SQL database. An interface to the customer’s network is made in real-time via web based access. Standard Reports are made available in Production, Efficiency and Performance of Systems, Jobs and Operators.  These are visible in the form of flexible reports, which can be printed or utilised in other applications/databases.

Mailfactory Floor Monitor illustrates the actual situation in your whole mailroom on one screen. The status of your production systems is not only shown at an inserter status level but also in a jobs status level.  General information such as production timings can be integrated flagging if the job is going to be completed on-time if there is a risk or it is likely to be delayed.
