Validation

MailFactory Validation is the component of MailFactory that identifies and tracks mail pieces and records the resulting data.

MailFactory Validation makes it possible to control each mail piece completely by virtue of its mail-piece ID. This identification code is read at the main document at the system's entrance or through the envelope window at the exit from an inserting system.

Thanks to the modular structure of the software, different versions of MailFactory Validation, which vary in their comprehensiveness, are available. These range from the simple solo version that creates a list of actually processed mail pieces to the completely integrated client/server installation that supports simultaneous processing on a number of inserting systems.

By confirming whether a job has been processed in its entirety, and by reporting missing mail pieces through a comparison of the requirements with the processing results, MailFactory Validation provides verifiable quality control.
