MailFactory Workplace is a software component for work stations that makes it possible to process single mail pieces by hand. Upon scanning the documents barcode, an operator can record a mail piece after a job has undergone processing, or change the mail piece's processing status of a job that has already run.  This function not only enables you to manually correct mail pieces that have already run but offers you the same platform for special/small jobs that could not be processed by an inserting system.  Therefore, giving you a wider range of tracking the integrity of all jobs.

MailFactory Workplace enables you to view every job loaded with the Mailfactory environment and view the jobs in a multi piece and single piece view, this then enables the operator to easily terminate and request reprints for any of the jobs.
