Mail traying solutions

The Kern 60L Logistics System represents the final step toward fully automated document processing solutions. The system packs letters into mail trays immediately after the letters have been inserted into envelopes. The Kern 60L is compatible with numerous types of commercially available mail trays. Thanks to the system's flexible design, it can be configured for various space scenarios; it also allows for rapid and simple switchovers between applications involving diverse format sizes.

Bundling solutions

Kern inserting systems allow for an extremely broad range of output configurations. For the preparation of bundles for postal delivery, Kern offers a number of banding solutions that serve to simplify and expedite the processing of outgoing mail.

iCart™ Materials Handling Solution

Kern has a partner agreement with The Automation Group to distribute its innovative new ICart materials handling solution. The iCart is a robotic guided vehicle which eliminates the need for manually operated logistics systems and provides a way to move materials directly around the mailroom with no operator involovement, reducing costs and better utilising floor space.
