For many years the worlds top organisations have adopted six sigma as an effective problem solving methodology for business performance improvement, it has been proven to reduce error time, waste and increase system performance in a production environment.

In recent years Kern Ltd has recognised the benefits this could bring our customers and embarked on several successful continuous improvement projects for key accounts.

In the years that followed more customers were requesting Kern Ltd to provide continuous improvement project support to maximise their systems performance and surrounding processes.

In 2008 Kern Ltd acknowledged there was a need in the industry for this type of role and appointed a full time Customer Productivity Manager who is trained in Lean Six Sigma.

Our Customer Productivity Manager works with existing customers as part of their team. Improving the performance of their systems and work place environment using the analytical tools of “lean six sigma”.

Supporting the Kern Sales Team with new projects and installations ensures maximum productivity levels are achieved as quickly as possible.

Working with Kern’s Service Department continually provides a world class service to all our customers by ensuring its key performance targets are continually achieved and exceeded.

We view the role of Customer Productivity Manager as providing added benefit to customers who invest in Kern Ltd products for their production needs.
