VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINE FOR FLAT BOTTON BAGS WITH 4 CORNER SEALS

DOLZAN IMPIANTI SRL, for more than 40 years specialising in the construction of vertical packaging equipments for 3-seal bags, also manufactures packaging machines suitable to handle 4-side seal flat bottom or flat bottom bags with side seal.
The same machine can also handle standard 3-seal bags, just changing the forming tube and the film roll.

VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINE FOR "DOYPACK" BAGS

In addition to our wide range of vertical packaging machines from flat foil reel, we have recently launched the new packaging machine D-DOYPACK.

The DOYPACK style with its innovative design intended to meet the requirements of the most demanding clients, highlights the product with great effect and real cost saving in comparison with the traditional packaging into bottles and carton boxes.

Available with different types of doser according to the powdery, granular and liquid products to handle, the new D-DOYPACK can also produce standard pillow bags and flat bottom packs.

Format changes take only a few minutes.

VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINE FOR SINGLE-USE BAGS

Vertical packaging machines with multi tracks for small bags (sticks and small pillow bags) starting from a single film reel, complete with multi-track dosers according to the product. Suitable to make stick bags (for sugar, instant coffee, etc..) and small pillow bags (for yeast, sweets, grated cheese, etc.)

PODS MACHINE

With regard to the coffee field, where we have been operating for many years with great success, we take pride to introduce the automatic line for coffee pods in filter paper. The production speed is 3500-4000 pods/hour. Our pod making machine may be equipped with grinder controlled by PLC to adjust different types of grinding. This machine is the ideal solution to make high quality pods, complying with the basic principles of reliability, simple operation and excellet quality/price ratio. The pod macking machine is matched with a packaging machine starting from flat foil reel and complete with gas flushing, suitable to pack pods individually into single use bags or per set quantity into multi-pods flat bottom bags.
