The ATS CSTA-HL+ Automatic Envelope Bundler stacks and bands envelopes for the automated mailroom. The Bundler can be connected to a Kern mailing system using built-in intelligence for mail sortation. Additional camera reading systems can be integrated to offer flexibility when used with non-intelligent mailing systems.
An optional bagging carousel holding up to ten standard post office bags offers a complete solution where total automation is a necessity. High quality banding materials are used in conjunction with the US2000 ultrasonic sealing system for perfectly sealed, packed and banded bundles.
The system can be delivered in two models for use in conjunction with the Kern K2500 and K3500. A stand alone version with camera reading for attachment to non-Kern, non-intelligent systems is currently under development.
