Disguised Mail is a Tracking and Ink Jetting System for closed face envelopes that uses InVizi (invisible) Code for Tracking. It works with Card Processing systems i.e. Datacard 9000 and is comprised of two components. A Tracking System that tracks the document ID and the envelope ID on the equipment used for enveloping. Then an Inkjet System codes the envelopes with InVizi Code before the enveloping as well as addressing the envelope once it is inserted.
Step 1: The envelopes are imaged with a unique ID on the inkjet in InVizi Code.
Step 2: The document ID and envelope ID (imaged in step 1) is captured on the enveloping machine. Both these values are matched to a database containing the mailing address and routing instructions.
Step 3: The sealed envelopes (from step 2) are processed on the inkjet. The envelope ID (imaged in step 1) is matched with the database (in step 2) and the corresponding address is imaged on the envelope in a script font.
