Originally designed to work at consistently high speeds with the option of either continuous or cut sheet feed, the K3500 has now been upgraded to allow cross matching of simultaneous feed from both a high speed rollfeed cutting system, and a cut sheet feeder.
The new VSK Side Channel Connecting Module allows the K3500 to process dual entry applications. It supports both input modules at their full capacity and optimises communications thoughout the system. It is also designed to sustain the K3500's maximum speed of up to 22,000 envelopes per hour. Operations are straightforward and applications can be changed easily.

The Kern High Speed Cutter, which establishes a new industry standard in connection with the new Kern 100 unwinder reaches a process speed of 240 metres per minute.
The Kern 971 Cut Sheet Feeder matches the high running speeds of the inserting system. at a feeding speed of up to 52,800 sheets per hour. A reading unit enables personalisation of processed documents and users also benefit from a high conveyor stack capacity of up to 8,000 sheets.
