The ATS CE range of banders has been designed for the office
environment where space and quality banding are key issues. The range offers
heat seal loop type banding with desktop flexibility. Available in 240mm (shown)
and 340mm width models, the CE can be specified for 20mm 30mm 40mm and 50mm
banding material along with optional tape lifters and jumbo dispensers. Ideal
for the low-to-medium volume market.
The ATS MS420 Banders are designed for the medium volume market. The MS420 (shown) offers heat seal arch type banding in a desktop model. Available in 420mm width the MS420 is ideal for banding wider products requiring 30mm banding material. The MS420 can be specified with stand and wheels for mobility and incorporating a jumbo dispenser for holding cost effective sized reels.
The ATS US2000 Banding machines offer high volume, high quality Banding using state of the art ultra-sonic banding techniques. With standard Jumbo dispenser and tape lifter the US2000 can provide quality banding in Arch or loop Band configuration. The ultra-sonic welding system is fast, clean & consistent providing no fume welding and the sensitive tension control means that product edges do not get damaged providing quality output at all times.
Arch Size, design & configuration can be specified to meet most requirements & environments, the US2000 can be tailored to customers’ needs. Equipment can be specified to use 20mm, 30mm or 50mm wide banding materials, while customer specific and printed material can be supplied.
The US2100 Banding Machine has evolved from the highly successful US2000 and is specifically designed to offer wider banding material options of 75mm & 100mm. Based on the successful US2000 specification the US2100 has been up-rated with digital servo control for accurate fixed length banding.
