The ATS US2000 can have an optional thermal printer mounted
to provide in-line customised print. Customised print can include a specific
message, which can be changed daily or on demand via PC. Bar codes or date
of purchase / best before date can also be printed for food & drink product
etc.
The ATS US2000 LBM is a semi automatic label banding system utilising a single pusher fence to automatically band rows of products. The product is manually loaded to the stop rail where the pusher transports each row to the banding area. One or two bands are securely applied to the individual stacks to provide a perfect finished product.
The ATS US2000 LBMMS is a fully automatic label banding system utilising two pusher fences to automatically band and load multiple rows (a full layer) of products. The product is loaded automatically from the rear of a Guillotine on to the banding system bed while the two pusher fences work in unison to transport each row to the banding area. One or two bands are securely applied to the individual stacks to provide a perfect finished product.
The ATS US2000 CSW Corner Line systems accepts stacks of products from an input conveyor or production line and automatically separates, aligns and bands the product. Ideal for postcards, brochures & books etc. The DMS model includes the addition of a digital measuring system allowing banding of different size products on the fly.
The US2000 Transit Line has in-feed and out-feed conveyors for in-line banding of product in a continuous process line. The equipment can be connected in line with many different machines that produce stacked product like Envelopes, Magazines, Poly wrap stacks, books along with many stacked product. A transit line can be equipped with positioning plates, single or double press, side stack alignment guides, side and rear presses and servo pushers for improved performance.
The ATS US2000 FSB-A is an automatic banding system incorporating a high-speed friction feeder for counting, stacking and banding of printed product such as postcards or A4 sheets in one operation.
The ATS US2000 Triple FSB (shown) combines three feeders allowing three
different products to be counted, merged in to one stack and banded as
a set. The ATS US2000 FSB-BN is an automatic system specifically designed
for the high speed banding of bank notes in a secure environment. At
speeds of up to 100,000 bank notes per hour the FSB-BN is an ideal solution
where the production of bank notes is in operation. High security is
guaranteed with the addition of state of the art reading technology for
serial numbers holograms, bar codes, data matrix code and sequential
numbering.
All FSB series products can be produced to customer specific requirement while banding materials can be pre-printed with customer of bank note type specific information.
The US2000 SCB Series product is a multiple stacker system that accepts single items from a production line, accumulates and stacks to groups and bands the group. The product is ideal for the food industry where special offer multi-packs are commonplace but labour intensive to band manually. The systems can be equipped with thermal or ink jet printer to produce high quality product information such as best before or expiry dates for food product.
