The FP020E - the core of Tecno Pack’s wrapper range, is a compact, reliable wrapper with an impressive standard range of features. Operation is via an alphanumeric display and keyboard or touchscreen, and temperature control is achieved using an electronic thermostat. The FP020E uses 3 sets of rollers for longitudinal sealing, using hot and cold sealing film. Optional extras include print registration, extended in-feed, extra reel holder and printer.

The FP027 Box Motion machine has a bottom-mounted reel for packaging fragile, irregular or heavy products. The box motion sealing system uses heat-sealable film to provide airtight sealing. The FP022/023 solutions are particularly suitable for wrapping products which, due to size, weight or quantity, may be more challenging to move through the machine. Film is supplied from underneath, and the pull and upper sealing wheels assist movement so even delicate products can be handled with ease. Heat sealable and polyethylene materials can be used on both systems. Optional extras include print registration, rotary printer, automatic reel change, motor driven unwind, and gusset tucking device.

The F560 is an automatic tray and box forming line. Trays and boxes can be jointed, or hot-melt sealed. Cardboard blanks are stored in the machine and size is adjusted using a handwheel. Compacting is automatic, and card packs are picked up using suction. The forming section features quick mould changeover, alarm, and automatic jam clearance.

The IRB 340 FlexPicker is an ABB industrial robot, with 4 axes and parallel cinematics. High levels of performance in the product picking and depositing processes can be achieved, due to acceleration of up to 10g and a managing capacity of up to 2g. Output can reach up to 150 cycles per minute.
Equipped with the ABB S4C+ control, the FlexPicker can be integrated into packaging lines and interfaced with alternative devices, as well as with the ABB vision system, PickMaster. PickMaster software also allows FlexPicker to lift products from the transport system while moving, and deposit them onto moving trays or blisters, as well as managing load distribution over several robots in real time. The control software assures consistent flexibility.
