The super 400 K/5 is a high quality & flexible film-wrapping machine with a maximum cycle speed of up to 5000 cycles per hour. Designed specifically for the volume production and packaging environment, the Super 400 K/5 provides quality bagging and high quality display packaging / shrink-wrapping.
Driven via modern servo drive technology and Siemens motion controller the Super 400 K/5 offers perfect product stability through continuous motion sealing. A moveable operational panel with touch screen, provides product data memory and product parameters on screen, programming is simply through this user-friendly interface.
Longitudinal welding is achieved through the reliable Hugo Beck high quality side-trim seal system or overlapping welding on top / bottom depending on application. Continuous motion transverse welding provides perfect product stability and optimal product packaging while the integrated film trim rewind unit enables constant running. The Super 400 K/5 can be specified with many options including resealable film bag system, header pack attachments, suspension packs with reinforced strip systems and Ink Jet or label applicators.
