Iram High Speed Burster systems include slit/mergers, folders, vertical, shingle and drop stackers. The Burster is available in a short version (without stacker) as well as fully integrated drop and eject stacker versions in 17” and 24” models.
Fully integrated Iram 300 bursters will burst and stack
1-up and 2-up stationery at speeds of up to 600 feet per minute with options
for slit/merging of 2-up slalom printed stationery into single stream merged
output.
Bursters can be used in conjunction with Iram folders, vertical stackers for
folded materials, job sorters, printer interfaces, output conveyors and slit/mergers.
For high-speed pressure seal applications, Iram has developed a high-speed solution, in conjunction with Kern-supplied Acson systems.
All Iram products work in tandem with systems applications to provide quality bursting output at high speed. Side trimmers, centre and strip cutters integrate with the built-in waste wind feature to reduce waste handling and provide compact rolls of trim waste.
