The Super 400 K/5 brings high quality, production type mailing solution to market utilising modern servo drive technology and Siemens motion controller to provide perfect and accurate bagging through continuous motion sealing.
A complete range of infeed solutions including: Rotary, Universal, Friction, CD & Book feeders are available, front page openers, plough openers, tight bag facility and print registration make the Super 400 K/5 a flexible mailing solution.
A moveable operational panel with touch screen, provides product data memory and product parameters on screen, programming is simply through this user-friendly interface.
Longitudinal welding is achieved through the reliable Hugo Beck high quality side-trim seal system or overlapping welding on top if required. Continuous motion transverse welding provides perfect product processing with tight bag output, an essential requirement for modern mailing applications.
The Super 400 K/5 can be specified with many options including resealable film bag system, header pack attachments, suspension packs with reinforced strip systems, Ink Jet or label applicators, divert bins and mailsort output stacking.
The Super 400 K/5 will handle product of the following specification: Product width: 20mm to 450mm, Product Height: 5mm – 150mm and Product length: 80mm upwards.
