The Super XLM/12 provides a high quality, high speed production type mailing solution, utilising modern servo drive technology with AMK / Siemens motion controller to provide perfect & accurate bagging through continuous motion sealing.
A moveable operational panel with touch screen, provides product data memory and product parameters on screen, programming is simply through this user-friendly interface.
Longitudinal welding is achieved through the reliable Hugo Beck high quality side-trim seal system or overlapping welding on top if required . Continuous motion transverse welding provides perfect product processing with tight bag output, an essential requirement for modern mailing applications.
The Super 400 XLM/12 can be specified with many options including header pack attachments, Ink Jet or label applicators, compensating stacker with Bander or Strapping etc.
The Super 400 XLM/12 will handle product of the following specification: Product width: 110mm to 450mm, Product Height: 2mm – 80mm and Product length: 150mm to 500mm.
