the provision of parts, and access to Kern personnel who are experienced
and empowered to make decisions.
Standard contracts can be all-inclusive, allowing the customer
to fix costs for the duration of the contact, or alternatively,
by 'menu
pricing', where the contract is set up as a basic agreement and
extras are paid for on use.
Contracts can be fully tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
For instance, a customer may wish for weekend cover, but not need
cover mid-week. In this way, Kern ensures customers do not pay
for cover they do not need.
Kern also offers technical support for customers who prefer to
provide their own frontline support.
