Our trainers are experts in the field of Kern and Third-Party
mailroom
products. They are experienced in all areas of training strategy,
and are committed to understanding customers’ own corporate
objectives, their company cultures, and specific requirements.
We have developed a unique training service, focusing on specific customer requirements. Kern Operator Courses are available at Basic, Key and Senior levels, and each course is custom-written depending on the exact configuration of the customer's machine. This means that the training is more time- and cost-efficient, and the operators receive specific training on the modules they are using on a reglar basis. Delegates are also provided with a training manual, specifically constructed around the configuration of their machine. We can also write bespoke courses to meet specific customer training requirements if requested.
All
delegates are fully evaluated by the Trainer, through continuous
assessment throughout the course and a written test comprising machine
knowledge and vital Health & Safety. Customers also receive a course report that details each attendee's results, the Trainer's opinions on their performance throughout the course and the Trainer's recommendations for their future development.
