Our Customer Productivity Manager is fully trained and experienced in Lean Six Sigma and works with existing customers as part of their team, improving the performance of their systems and workplace environment using the analytical tools of “lean six sigma”.

They support the Kern Sales Team with new projects and installations ensuring maximum productivity levels are achieved as quickly as possible. Working with our service team continually provides a world class service to all our customers by ensuring your key performance targets are continually achieved and exceeded.
